Allison Gott practiced commercial finance law for over six years before transitioning to legal recruiting. Having worked in various law firms, Allison is in a unique position to assist attorneys looking to change positions, practice group, firm or all or any of the foregoing.
Allison has a deep appreciation for the recruiters who assisted her in lateral moves when she was a practicing attorney. She understands that a recruiter must be a good listener and an advocate for his/her candidate while also keeping in mind the best interests of the hiring firm and practice group. Allison values and respects her clients’ time and is thorough, thoughtful, proactive and responsive throughout the recruitment process.
Allison was born and raised in Munster, Indiana. She lived in Chicago for about ten years after graduating from the University of Notre Dame and Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. She moved around a bit before ultimately calling Houston home in 2017.
Allison loves watching movies, attending group exercise classes, and swimming. Her boyfriend and their two pugs are her Houston family.
