President
Hollee is an experienced and highly effective recruiting professional, who was a top performer at some of the nation’s leading recruiting firms before founding The Mize Group. Her drive for success combined with her desire to build a world class recruiting organization were the main drivers leading her to open The Mize Group in 2015. With experience placing executives into very specific roles, as well as managing complex, multi-million dollar recruiting projects, Hollee excels at understanding the needs of her clients and building a recruitment plan around those needs. For thirteen years, she has been trusted to identify top talent by many clients from small, start up companies to Fortune 500 companies. This has included individual, executive level search as well as building out entire departments and highly specialized teams. She has been involved in various facets of search and brings that diversity and experience to the clients she serves at The Mize Group.
Hollee continues to find fulfillment in connecting companies with candidates who make their businesses better. A Texas native, Hollee resides in Houston with her six year-old daughter, Sadie.
